M-Workflow
M-Workflow is an SQL-based IT support tool that models and controls the
business processes. Its goal is to increase the operational efficiency of
a company, using partly or fully automated, controlled and verifiable
processes. The workflow developed covers the total lifecycle management of
a business process, from planning to optimization.
Benefits of M-Workflow:
- By automating the work processes, you can realize an increase in efficiency and reduction of cost almost immediately.
- The workflow guarantees the controlled manner of the work, significantly decreasing the probability of human-related failures, thus the company can serve its customers at a higher level.
- Because of the well-defined activities, the current state of the process can be queried easily at any time and it becomes much easier to measure lead times.
- The transitions in the processes and the individual states can be restricted to certain rights or user roles, which results in safe use and secure data.
- The various resources, human resources, external systems and applications can all be integrated in the workflow, or it can serve as basis for custom-developed applications.
- The current status of the work and the tasks of the participants can be continuously monitored and supervised.
- The controlled processes become easier to understand, therefore easier to optimize.
- An M-Workflow-based application can be implemented with any kinds of client-side interfaces.
Features and functions of M-Workflow:
- Complex process control: The M-Workflow engine can control any number of processes, and the processes can be stacked on or connected to other processes.
- Auditability: In the applications built on M-Workflow all data changes and modifications are logged, therefore it is possible to find at any time who changed what and when.
- Granular access control: States and transitions can be restricted to rights and roles, so that a given operation could be performed by only certain users.
- Scalability: The M-Workflow engine is capable of controlling processes that span over companies (B2B).
